Shipping policy
For in stock items I will endeavour, wherever possible, to complete packing and posting of orders within 24 hours of receipt, Monday to Friday. Occasionally shipping may be delayed if I am away at a trade show, please check on the main homepage which will detail if I am away at that time, and when shipping will resume.
If you would like an express Tracked 24 Hour Royal Mail Service please choose this delivery option at checkout. Please note this service is for orders received before 10am Monday to Thursday only, any orders received after this time cannot be guaranteed to be despatched the same day. Again this service is not available if I am away at a trade show, so if your order is urgent please check the homepage to check that I am not away.
Please ensure any pre-order items are on a separate order from any in stock items as only one set of postage is included in your order. If pre-order and in stock items are placed on the same order your order will not be despatched until everything is in stock and can be posted together.
All United Kingdom & Channel Isles orders over £30 (excluding P&P) will be sent by Royal Mail 48 hour tracked service, and you will be advised of the tracking number by email/mobile phone (if you provide), once shipment is arranged so you can track your order.
All United Kingdom & Channel Isles orders under £40 (excluding P&P) will be sent by Royal Mail 2nd Class service.
Please contact me if you think your delivery is late/lost so I can follow up with the carrier.
I am more than happy to post orders outside the UK (but sadly not the EU at this time), so please contact me with details of what you would like to order, the delivery address, and I can advise the best postage costs. Please note however I cannot cover any import duty/tax costs in the destination country, so these will be payable by you before/upon delivery.
